I would like to know if it’s possible to synchronize my desktop wallpaper with one of the WW satellite’s map. Wich is the adress to make it?

Weather Watcher refreshes the wallpaper internally – it has nothing to do with the Windows desktop features. Most of the wallpaper images are only updated about once every hour, so you won’t notice a change if your updating the wallpaper at an interval less than that.
