Before you all yell at me to “OMFG USE TEH SEARCH” … I did, and after about 10 minutes of trying every combination of keywords in this forum’s search system it found nothing pertaining to this problem I am having.

I’m using Weather Watcher Live 6.0.11

  1. Detailed description of the bug

When trying to add stations, Weather Watcher Live crashes. I am currently
unable to add any stations or location information into Weather Watcher Live. When you try to add stations, it pops up the follow error message and closes down Weather Watcher completely.

Run-time error ‘438’

Object doesn’t support this property or method

  1. Steps to reproduce the problem (if possible)

Sometimes just clicking “Options” will produce this error. If you click “Update” it will prompt you to add stations, and once you click “Add Station” it will produce the aforementioned error message.

Don’t have any taken, but I’d be more than happy to. My guess is that this problem has been fixed a long time ago, but for some reason the search system on this forum will not take me to any relevant posts.

I don’t believe this is a common problem. I have a few questions for you:

1) Which version of Windows are you using?

2) Do you have the following file?
C:\Windows\system32\ieframe.dll

3) Do you have the following registry key?
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Shell.Explorer.2

yes, just checked this with regedit

Which version of IE do you have installed? Does IE function okay on your computer?
