Weather Watcher 5.6.41 found a new version and I downloaded it but know I cannot update the city or current conditions. I have uninstalled both versions and downloaded the 5.6.41 version and have the same problem. The last update was 11/05/2008. I have disable firewall and managed exceptions but it still will not update. I have completely removed and rebooted, downloaded and installed 3 different versions and have the same problem on all.
That’s impossible. 5.6.41 is the current version.

If your Internet access works and WW doesn’t update the problem is almost always a security app. AV, FW, AS. Another possibility is IE is set to work offline, easy to overlook if IE is not your primary browser.
