Wallpaper update when WW closed?

Hi:

Will the WW wallpaper that I really like update if I don’t have WW running? Is it possible to use the wallpaper w/o the program itself?

Nope. Weather Watcher updates the wallpaper, so it has to be running.

I could write a program just to update the wallpaper, but I’m sure there are a ton of those already available somewhere. If not, let me know.
