V7.2.50 Breaks "Add Station" on Windows 10

With the upgrade to WWL V7.2.50 on Windows 10 x64 Pro, the “Add Station” feature no longer works. Re-installed V7.2.47 and this feature works fine.

Also V7.2.50 does not fix the Windows 10 issue defined at viewtopic.php?f=65&t=5158

Download the installer again and reinstall over top of your current version of Weather Watcher.

7.2.50 does not address that issue.
