Though I’m not the writer of the program, I’ll take the liberty of answering the question:

The cities in WW is not programmed into it, but is pulled from the [weather.com](http://weather.com) site. Because of this, it’s not possible to add cities into WW, as the data won’t be there anyways, if it’s not at [weather.com](http://weather.com).

For a list of cities in China, that [weather.com](http://weather.com) (and thereby WW) does support, take a look at [http://www.weather.com/common/drilldown/CH.html](http://www.weather.com/common/drilldown/CH.html)

Hope it helps 😉
