sever error

Cannot connect to weather.com? Keep getting sever error, unable to get weather forcast and or city code.

Please help.

Try these things:

Install Weather Watcher v5.1b.
Make sure your firewall is allowing Internet access to “C:\Program Files\Weather Watcher\dl.exe”

I’ve tried above and still: no sever error.
xp with dial up and norton antivirus 2002 runing.
