If you’ll go to Task Manager, you will see WeatherWatcher as running application. Even if it does not take a lot of memory, the application is always removed from startup by Iolo’s SystemMechanic, considered as dangerous.
Is it possible to make WeatherWatcher run like service instead of application?

It would probably be easier to write to SystemMechanic and ask them to update their program, either specifically for Weather Watcher or to allow for client exclusion lists.
