Recover from lost Internet connection

Occasionally, my cable modem (or router) loses internet connection and must be reset. After this is corrected, the only method I have to get WW to retrieve updates is to close it and re-open it.

Perhaps I am missing a setting, or perhaps this is an issue others experience.

Chad - Did you try unchecking the “Only download updates when connected to the Internet” checkbox in the “Auto Download” area of the Options? If not, give that a try.

Is anyone else having this problem? This is new to me.
