Non stop script errors when using WWL

I recently purchased a new computer with Vista Home Basic operating system. After I downloaded WWL I get script errors non stop.
Can anyone figure out a fix for me.

Try reinstalling the latest version of Weather Watcher Live over top of your current installation. You can download the latest version of Weather Watcher Live from my homepage at www.SingersCreations.com.

Also, verify that the “Store user files in the Weather Watcher Live program folder” box is not checked in the “General” tab of the Weather Watcher Live Options window.
