I have a 64bit system and windows program. I have tried all the regular settings and my desk top will not animate. Can anyone figure that out.

FYI, Windows Vista is not able to display animated wallpaper.
I am using windows xp professional 64bit. The reason is I have a 64 bit system. I just hooked up the new computer.
According to the website below, Windows XP 64-bit does not include Active Desktop.
