lifetime license upgrade

Hi Mike,

I upgraded to the lifetime license via the link you sent by e-mail. I received a confirmation e-mail saying I don’t need to re-enter my license number. However, the About screen still shows an expiration date of 8/7/2010, even after restarting my computer. How do I get the software to acknowledge the lifetime subscription?

You need to uninstall Weather Watcher Live then reinstall :slight_smile:

I did it and it worked.

Maaz, you could also click the “Update license key” button in the “License” section of the Weather Watcher Live Options window to refresh your license expiration date.
