Trying to upgrade to vers 5.6.8 and I get the following error code:
"C:\WINDOWS\system32\MSCOMCTL.OCX
Unable to register the DLL/OCX Create process failed, code 3
The system cannot find the path specified
Click to retry…etc"
Not sure where to go from here.

Which version of Windows do you have?
If you’re able to continue on with the installation, then try that and see if Weather Watcher runs at the end.
