error message when ww is started

when starting i get this message.

i have the latest version no firewall windows me and i have your other programs, ww live, wwalerts. too.

main screen stays blank, the option menu works fine.

Is Store user files in the Weather Watcher program folder checked in the General tab of the Weather Watcher Options window? If so, try unchecking that box and restart Weather Watcher.
