Custom Tray Tooltip Window Location

CUSTOM TRAY TOOLTIP WINDOW LOCATION, has stopped working, at least on this computer.
v7.0.36
Completely uninstalled and reinstalled WW, no help.
Clicking on this function creates RUN TIME ERROR 364 - OBJECT UNLOADED.
WW then completely closes and has to be restarted.
