I am using WWL 7.1.138 and have recently upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7. When using XP I always used animated wallpaper: [AccuWx] Radar/Satellite Animated and it animated. Now I am using Windows 7 and no wallpaper animates. Not the USA not Africa, nothing.
No matter what I try I can’t get the wallpaper to animate.
